Michele joined the team as a customer service administrator in August 2017. Her responsibilities include meeting with clients to complete paperwork and maintaining client records. Additionally, she is responsible for placing trades and generating reports to prepare for advisor meetings.
Michele has extensive customer service experience. She holds a supply chain management degree, a certificate in enterprise resource planning, and is pursuing an additional certificate in small business accounting.
Michele is married with two sons. She is a native of South Carolina and enjoys traveling. Her more exotic destinations include New Zealand, Bora-Bora, and Russia.
